These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and max885 ("max885", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://max885.cam and all associated services, games, promotional offers, and features made available through the platform.

You agree that:

max885 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which max885 accepts no responsibility. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and applicable blockchain transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad) and proof of payment method ownership.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active or utilised bonus must have been satisfied in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name, matching the name on the Account.

• Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically 5–30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — typically 1–3 business hours; cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC) — subject to blockchain confirmation, typically 15–60 minutes. These are indicative estimates only and not guarantees.

max885 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of opt-in:

• Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at the stated multiple before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• max885 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Specific terms for individual promotions are displayed at the point of offer and, where applicable, in the promotions section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Each game available on the max885 platform — whether a slot, table game, live casino title, or sportsbook market — operates under specific rules that govern valid play, payout calculations, and the resolution of disputes. By participating in any game or betting market, you agree to those specific rules.

General rules applicable across all game types include the following:

• All bets placed and accepted are final upon confirmation. Cancellation or reversal of a confirmed bet is not permitted except where expressly provided for under the applicable game rules (e.g., a sporting event voiding).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the max885 platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registration or use of the platform by any individual under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one Account for the same individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Using the platform for or in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or harvest odds data without express written consent from max885.
• Sharing Account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing inefficiencies to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in multiplayer game formats.
• Making any false or misleading representations to max885 support, compliance, or management personnel.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, max885 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from system failures, cyberattacks, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the platform, including game odds, statistical data, or promotional content.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or game content suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

max885 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an Account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

max885 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments may be necessitated by changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, platform functionality, or business practice.

Where material changes are made, max885 will notify registered Players by publishing a notice on the platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which max885 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and max885 relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms, or in relation to a specific game outcome, transaction, or promotional offer, the following process applies:

• The Player must first submit the dispute in writing to the max885 support team, providing all relevant Account details and a clear description of the issue. Initial disputes should be submitted via the platform's live chat or support email.
• max885 undertakes to acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours of receipt and to provide a reasoned response within 14 calendar days.
• Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body designated by max885's licensing authority.

For game-specific outcome disputes, the records maintained by max885's gaming systems shall constitute the primary source of truth unless demonstrably erroneous.
